Shipping Policy

Processing time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed,especially during the holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We will notify you via email if there is a significant delay in your order.

Shipping time:

Products in stock.

  • 7-10 days for all Stocked Products.

Customized Products.

  • 10-14 days for all Production.

  • 7-10 days for  Shipping .

You will receive an order confirmation upon purchase and then a shipping confirmation via email with your tracking number once your order is processed. Please allow 1–2 days for processing time before tracking your package. You could also contact us via email for help.

Pre-order Orders:

  • All US Pre-order Items will take 1-3 months to arrive.
